The Inter-University Center for Legal Studies. The Inter-University Center for Legal Studies deals with the relationship of the rule of law to issues of counter-terrorism strategies and policy, the consequences of terrorism, and genocide.  The Center draws on the resources provided by academic institutions throughout the world to present seminars and to prepare publications.

Corporate Policy Institute. Established in 1999, the Corporate Policy Institute is an independent, non-profit, organization that conducts research, communications and training on global policy issues of critical interest to the corporate sector.

Commercial Law Center, Kyiv, Ukraine. Based in Kyiv, Ukraine, the Commercial Law Center is a 3-year, USAID-funded project managed by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Emerging Markets Ltd. The Center is dedicated to commercial law reform in Ukraine.

Azerbaijan-American Educational, Cultural, and Economic Center. The Azerbaijan-American Center addresses matters of mutual concern and interest in economic development, higher education, and cultural understanding.   The Center carries out its work through the Higher Education Forum, which assists both American and Azerbaijani academics in their study of the two nations; the Council for Cultural Awareness and Understanding, which promotes an understanding and respect for the rich heritage of Azerbaijan and the United States; and the Azerbaijan-U.S. Business and Economic Council, which informs U.S. businessmen of investment opportunities in Azerbaijan.  Mr. Mahir Ibrahimov is president of the Center.
