ORGANIZATIONAL SUMMARY: The International Law Institute is a private, non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. Chartered by Georgetown University in 1955, the ILI is an independent, self-governing body that conducts training seminars, hosts conferences, and presents research and publications on international trade and development.
