Research and Publications 

A major effort is underway to prepare for publication the study on Canadian Legal Responses to Terrorism. This work is co-edited by Yonah Alexander and Edgar H. Brenner and it is currently being considered for publication by McGill University Press

Other publications expected in 2009 are the following:

  1. “Terror on the High Seas: From Piracy to Strategic Challenge” (Praeger/ by Yonah Alexander and Tyler B. Richardson)
  2. “Foreign Affinity Terrorism” (Praeger/ by Yonah Alexander)
  3. “Lifting the Fog of Law: Middle East and South Asia” (in cooperation with the National Defense University)
