The International Law Institute is pleased to partner with STATUT Law School, organizers and speakers in the presentation of their conference on "Judicial and Extra-judicial Methods of Protections Against Public Administration in Russia and the United States: Challenges, Practices, and the Future".

The program will focus on differences between the pre-trial (extrajudicial) method of legal protection and justice in administrative cases; and cases of administrative offenses; evaluate their effectiveness; and highlight the main mistakes made when applying for protection.

Observations will be made as to methods of protection from the state that exist in the United States, including trends from the US and the US Supreme Court, in comparison to main positions in the judicial practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and other courts.

Invited to contribute to this program will be representatives of judiciaries and other public authorities, lawyers, lawyers of law firms, corporate lawyers, private lawyers, and academic practitioners.
