The International Law Institute's Public Procurement Law and Policy Center is pleased to invite you to a Policy Forum on Electronic Government Procurement and European Procurement Law Presented by Jérôme Grand d’Esnon Director of Legal Affairs, French Ministry of Economics, Finance and Industry.

Mr. Grand d’Esnon has served as a legal adviser to President Jacques Chirac. He has ample experience on campaign finance, having been General Secretary of the Financing Committee for Mr. Chirac’s presidential campaign in 1995 and has authored a book and manual on the subject. Prior to joining public service, he was a professor of public law at the University of Paris V. Mr. Grand d 'Esnon holds advanced degrees in law from the University of Paris II.
