Course Advisors: Timothy L. Dickinson, Esq. and Stephen Halloway

 

Timothy L. Dickinson is a partner in the Washington D.C. office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. His practice is devoted primarily to international commercial matters, including counseling on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and design and implementation of special investigations and compliance programs. Mr. Dickinson is also a member of the ILI Board of Directors.

Mr. Dickinson is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and holds a LL.M from Columbia University. He has also studied at the Hague Academy of International Law and L'Université d'Aix-Marseilles.

Stephen Halloway has over 35 years experience in senior legal and policy positions in the U.S. government, U.S. Senate, United Nations and Inter-American Development Bank including Chief Regulatory Officer for the U.S. Department of Commerce and civil rights attorney in the U.S. Justice Department. He is also co-founder of the Multilateral Procurement Group, an informal steering committee of multinational companies and consultants regularly doing business with the MDB's and UN.
