David Oberle has over 30 years of mortgage banking experience and was a former senior executive with Freddie Mac in Washington D.C. David served as Chairman of the executive committee responsible for the creation of FHLMC’s MBS program. More recently he as functioned as VP of First Interstate Bankcorp and was President and CEO of Society Mortgage Corporation. Currently he serves as VP at Society Financial Corporation. Ron Shelton is President of Society Financial Corporation a global development and finance firm. He has over 20 years in banking and mortgage market development with a special emphasis on developing country issues regarding housing and housing finance. He has served on numerous boards in various capacities regarding homeownership creation and program administration for institutional profit and non- profit alike. George Rubagumya has worked in many facets of the investment and development world for many years advising governments and acting as director for several organizations. Mr. Rubagumya holds an Advanced Diploma in International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law; an LLM in International Development Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science; a JD from Creighton University School of Law; and a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Nebraska; and he is a member of the District of Columbia Bar. |
