Course Advisor: Jack L. Upper
Jack Upper is a Senior Fellow at the International Law Institute. He was with the World Bank for over 25 years, serving as a project analyst in various sectors, including industry, municipal water supply, and education. Mr. Upper also was loan officer and division chief in the Europe and Middle East Region and Senior Lecturer at the Economic Development Institute currently known as the World Bank Institute. Before joining the World Bank, he worked as a financial analyst at Ford Motor Company. He has degrees from Yale and the University of Michigan.
