| Intended Audience: This course focuses on project management and monitoring, including team building and leadership. It is especially designed for managers of developing country projects and for persons responsible for implementing such projects. Introductory knowledge of, or experience in, project analysis would be helpful but is not required. Course Objectives: The seminar will show how to improve preparation and management of projects. Participants will explore the processes of managing a project in its environment (project's ecosystem), learn how to enhance successes and overcome problems.
