The International Law Institute (ILI) is pleased to announce its support and participation in the inaugural India International Dispute Week (IIDW), held in Chandigarh, March 7-11, 2026.
The IIDW program will bring together judicial leadership, senior counsel, and global voices to frame India’s role in the future of international dispute resolution. IIDW is a national–international nonprofit platform conceived to advance India’s position as a credible, confident, and future-ready hub for dispute resolution across litigation and alternative dispute resolution. IIDW seeks to align global best practices with the practical realities of Indian law and procedure, with a clear emphasis on outcomes, institutional trust, efficiency, and professional excellence. It brings together judges and courts, senior advocates and legal practitioners, law firms, in-house counsels and institutions, young lawyers, and academics. Each day and theme are carefully curated with a practice-oriented lens, ensuring that sessions are accessible, relevant, and immediately valuable for Indian stakeholders, while remaining meaningful and insightful for international participants.
Deputy Executive Director Robert Sargin will represent ILI at this important event.
