Zoe Li

Intern

Zoe is a junior at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, majoring in Global Business with a focus on U.S.–Asia relations and international finance law. She is also pursuing minors in Japanese and Art. Born in China and raised between Beijing and the United States, she brings a cross-cultural and multilingual perspective to her academic and professional pursuits.

Zoe has interned at City-Yuwa Partners, a Tokyo-based international law firm, and at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization’s Investment and Technology Promotion Office in Beijing, where she supported projects advancing sustainable industrialization in developing economies. On campus, she contributes to the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs through visual design and media.

At the ILI, Zoe is excited to further explore the intersection of international law, development, and investment policy. She hopes to pursue a JD and continue working at the nexus of global finance, law, and diplomacy.
