The International Law Institute "ILI" is a private, non-partisan, non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. Chartered by Georgetown University in 1955, the ILI is now an independent, self-governing body. ILI conducts training seminars; hosts conferences; advises governments; provides technical assistance to governments and international development organizations, and publishes and presents academic research.
ILI provides the best practice training on a wide variety of topics designed to train both government and private sector officials from developing nations to prepare them to manage their organizations more effectively.
