The International Law Institute "ILI" is a private, non-partisan, non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. Chartered by Georgetown University in 1955, the ILI is now an independent, self-governing body.  ILI conducts training seminars; hosts conferences; advises governments; provides technical assistance to governments and international development organizations, and publishes and presents academic research.

ILI provides the best practice training  on a wide variety of topics designed to train both government and private sector officials from developing nations to prepare them to manage their organizations more effectively.

For over half a century, the success and global contributions of the International Law Institute are a result of the commitment and expertise of those individuals who serve our organization and share our ideals and mission.

The International Law Institute is thankful for those who have served, and continue to serve, and contribute to our works.
