This combined seminar offers participants the opportunity to attend both seminars at a discounted tuition while still receiving two certificates. In these seminars, participants will examine the fundamental legal institutions in the United States and the essential laws and regulations affecting business with U.S. companies. In addition, participants will acquire new analytical and drafting skills through class discussions and practical exercises.

Participants will also have a great opportunity to interact with U.S. and foreign attorneys practicing in Washington, DC and will participate in exciting site visits. Events and site visits in these courses are arranged to provide unique insight into the practice of law in the United States. Sample visits offered in previous years include:
