ILI is proud to support the 5th edition of the Washington Arbitration Week (WAW), on December 2-6 2024.

WAW this year aims at furthering the analysis and discussion of developments reflected in arbitral awards, treaties and international instruments at the forefront of international arbitration. With a wide range of topics, the WAW includes discussions spanning Investor-State Treaty Arbitration, the use of forensic and financial tools, corruption, fraud and violations of General Principles of Law in International Arbitration, a discussion on updating the New York Convention, and the impact of our climate crisis on international arbitration, among various other key and pivotal topics.
