The International Law Institute hosted a 75-minute panel discussion by leading practitioners in the investment arbitration field on the recent developments in the reform at ICSID and before the UNCITRAL Working Group III (WG III).
UNCITRAL Working Group III is scheduled to meet the week of February 14 to engage in further discussions concerning arbitrator code of conduct, the proposed international investment court, and other issues. Our panel of guest speakers will provide an update on the status of these efforts and what they may mean for investor-state dispute resolution in the future. This will be followed by a discussion and a Q&A session with the attendees.
